Blohm+Voss Repair GmbH Merger With Blohm+Voss Shipyards GmbH
Blohm+Voss Shipyards GmbH has been renamed to Blohm+Voss GmbH on 31 March 2016.
In the light of the reorientation of the group, Blohm + Voss have decided to simplify the group’s structure and have merged the Blohm+Voss Repair GmbH into the Blohm+Voss Shipyards GmbH with economic effect from the end of 30 September 2015 (registered in the commercial register as of 31 March 2016).
