Working towards maintaining and improving global superyacht quality, the Refit Group follows professional working standards and specified environmental practices.
Situated in the port of Hamburg, the northern hub of European shipping routes, Blohm + Voss Repairhas a workforce of approximately 450 skilled employees, the power to facilitate large and complex projects and a customised and compact service for all kind of yachts. With covered floating docks, ship life extension programmes and DOCKMASTERS[1], (high-pressure robotic waterjets which strip off marine fouling and paint), Blohm + Voss Repair operates some of the most sophisticated ship maintenance equipment in the world – and its motto is, “we repair anything that floats”.

In addition to the Code of Practice, the Refit Group offers its clients a standard framework contract that has been developed by prominent international marine lawyers and factsheets such as ‘A client’s guide to good refit governance’ – The Code of Practice, Refit Contract and factsheets are available to download from the Refit Group website.
ICOMIA Superyacht Refit Group members consist of Amico & Co, Astilleros de Mallorca, Compositeworks, International Technic Marine, Marina Barcelona 92, Monaco Marine, Pinmar, Rybovich and Blohm + Voss Repair.
