The ICOMIA Superyacht Refit Group offers its clients a Standard Framework Contract that has been developed by prominent international marine lawyers. The contract addresses matters such as performance, subcontracting, redelivery, liability, warranty and insurance.

Known to many leading yacht management companies and marine lawyers, the ICOMIA Superyacht Refit Group Standard Framework Contract speeds up the process of contractual settlement. It is the industry standard.

PLEASE NOTE:

The main part of the contract is secured – therefore please do not amend this part so we can maintain its integrity and ensure we do not have multiple versions in circulation.

Please place any yard specific variations in the newly worded Schedule 1.  Some of these may be permanent changes for your yard and others specific to the current contract.  The Schedules are not secured and are open to amendment to meet your specific requirements or indeed deletion.
